Step 1 — Portal Kholein ccms.pitc.com.pk par jayein aur “New Complaint” ka option chunein.

Step 2 — DISCO Chunein Apni area ki bijli company select karein. Misal ke tor par Lahore walon ke liye LESCO, Faisalabad walon ke liye FESCO.

Step 3 — Apni Maloomat Bharein Consumer Number (jo aapke bill par likha hota hai), apna naam, mobile number aur email address darj karein.

Step 4 — Shikayat Ki Tafseelaat Likhein Bill mein kya galti hai, woh clearly likhein. Bill number, mahina aur amount bhi zaroor mention karein.

Step 5 — Submit Karein Submit karne ke baad aapko ek Tracking Number milega — ise sambhal kar rakhein. Isi se aap baad mein apni complaint ka status check kar sakte hain.

3. Customer Service Centre Ya SDO Office Jayein

Agar phone ya online se masla hal nahi hua toh apne qareeb ke Customer Service Centre par jayein. Saath yeh cheezein le jayein:
